The Housing Authority of Prince George’s County is looking to partner with you in providing safe, decent, and affordable housing for residents in Prince George’s County. The goal of this event is to Connect Select Landlords with Qualified Tenants and Get Them Leased Up On-site!!!

Meet & Lease Requirements

Register to be a part of the Meet & Lease Event by August 27th
-
Waive application fee for each unit
-
Each available unit must pass a Housing Quality Standards Inspection (HQS)

Units must be available for inspection August 16th – September 3rd

landlord Benefits for Being A Part of The Meet & Lease event
The primary advantage to you in renting your property through the Housing Choice Voucher Program is timely and direct program payments each month. We will pay a portion of each month’s rent based on the tenant’s monthly income. If a Housing Choice Voucher family selects your unit during the event, they can get Leased Up on the spot. You will also receive the following as a part of our current ...
$1,500 one-time payment

for 1st UFAS certified unit and one-time $500 payment for each additional UFAS certified unit.
$1,000 one-time payment
for 1st unit with Accessible features, and $400 for each additional unit with accessible features.
$700 one-time payment

for 1st unit in an opportunity zip code, and $300 one-time payment for each additional unit in an opportunity zip code.
$500 one-time payment
​
for 1st unit 3BR or higher and $250 one-time payment for each additional unit. (Any unit size).

Landlords Receive $500 for your participation in the Meet & Lease
Landlords Receive an additional $500 per unit, if you are leased up during or within one week of the event
